Hello everyone!
I been grabbing files from shared folder in different ways and all works fine, but then i "discover" how
to leech files with JDownloader in easy steps
Here is a small contribution tutorial i made to myself, just an addition to all other tutorials out there.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This tutorial is using
Firefox +
EditThisCookie addon and
JDownloader (JD)
- Follow all steps in this order.
1. Install
EditThisCookie addon on your browser.
- If you use another browser then install an equivalent addon to your browser.
You just need an addon that can export a cookie.
2. login to your google drive account
- You need the session cookie for later!
3. Now use
EditThisCookie addon icon and choose/click "
export", to copy the active browser tab/window cookie to clipboard
- This works especifically to the window/tab that is active in your browser!
4. Run
JDownloader and goto
SETTINGS ->
ACCOUNT MANAGER -> press
+ADD ->> (choose a Hoster: ) google
and fill the login info like this:
Name:
drive.google.com
pass:
(---IN THIS FIELD YOU PASTE THE COOKIE INFO FROM CLIPBOARD---)
-If your Google Drive session expires then export a new cookie when login to clipboard and paste it in "password" field!
--IMPORTANT!!! the name must be "
drive.google.com" (without quotes) and
NOT your login name!
AND your active cookie
IS the password!
5.
!!!! DO NOT CLOSE YOUR BROWSER OR LOGOUT FROM GOOGLE DRIVE!
IF YOU DO THEN YOUR COOKIE/SESSION COULD EXPIRE !!!!
6. To copy files to clipboard and allow
JD to grab the links you need to enable "
Clipboard Observer" in
JD.
7. Now , on your browser right-click and select "
Copy link" on the file(s) you want to grab/leech with
JD, you need to do
this with all files
individually!
- remember to click on "Copy-link" and
NOT Download! JD will grab the links and you will see the files in JD LinkGrabber tab.
8. Start leeching!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I hope this helps. I know there are some confusion around the login details for Google Drive when using JD so i hope
this explains it.
If you need help message me.
Good Luck
